Booking & Deposits A non-refundable deposit of $25 is required to reserve any extension appointment (install, move-up, or removal). This deposit will be applied toward your final service total, provided you give proper notice as outlined below. A valid credit card is required to hold all appointments. Rescheduling & Cancellations We require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us time to offer your slot to another client. • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your appointment: deposit applied to a future visit. • Cancellations made within 48 hours: 50% of the reserved service price will be charged. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the reserved service price. Custom-Ordered Hair Some services require hair ordered specifically for you in advance. Once ordered, this cost is non-refundable, regardless of when you cancel. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled, as extension work requires adequate time to be completed properly and safely. Questions?
